How Long Does the DNA Testing Process Take for Immigration Purposes?
The DNA testing process has become, for the most part, much quicker than in the past. However, at AABB DNA Testing, we have seen a wide range of timeframes with regard to immigration DNA tests. We cannot provide an accurate estimate regarding how long it will take to complete immigration DNA tests, regardless of the number of people that need to be tested.
While most paternity DNA tests can be completed within a few days, the immigration DNA testing process is different and cannot be compared to paternity tests.
Why the Differences in Times and Durations?
While we cannot estimate how long immigration DNA tests will take for each individual, we can explain the process to some degree so that you can better understand why your DNA test results may take longer than other individuals or paternity tests.
